- First partner visit (consultation + ultrasound) – PLN 400. Detailed medical history constituting the starting point for creating a plan of action.
- Cycle monitoring – PLN 130. Precise ultrasound determination of the ovulation time.
- Hysterosalpingography / Fallopian tube patency test – PLN 850. Allows for the exclusion of mechanical blockages preventing fertilization.
- Hysteroscopy (diagnostic and operative under anesthesia) – from PLN 2,700 to PLN 3,000. Evaluation of the interior and correction of defects of the uterine cavity.

Government Program – Full refund of IVF at Fertina
Time is of crucial importance in reproductive medicine. We are proud to inform you that we implement the government IVF program in Poland, thanks to which you can benefit from free medical procedures without having to wait in long queues. IVF cost reimbursement covers the key stages of treatment, opening the door to parenthood for couples for whom the financial barrier has been insurmountable so far.
Qualification criteria for the program (as of September 2025):
- Documented infertility or ineffective treatment for a minimum of 12 months before application (a referral is not required).
- Woman’s age: up to 42 years old when using own oocytes, or up to 45 years old with oocyte/embryo donation.
- Man’s age: up to 55 years old.
- The program covers couples in marriages as well as partnerships (including informal relationships).
What does the IVF reimbursement under the program provide?
The program guarantees funding for a maximum of 6 IVF procedures (depending on the therapeutic variant, including up to 4 cycles with own germ cells). A funding covers full medical care, stimulation, puncture, laboratory fertilization, and embryo transfers. The only out-of-pocket cost for patients remains the possible preimplantation genetic testing (PGT), which falls outside the scope of reimbursement according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health.
Commercial IVF procedure in Poland – Transparent price list
For patients who do not qualify for free programs or decide on private treatment, we have prepared a fully transparent and affordable treatment profile. We ensure that the final cost of IVF in Poland is known to the couple before the procedures begin.
Basic package of the IVF Program at Fertina:
- Qualification visit with ultrasound – PLN 300.
- Stimulation monitoring (visits, ultrasound, hormone level determinations) – PLN 1,200.
- Oocyte retrieval (punction) under general anesthesia – PLN 2,000.
- IVF/ICSI procedure along with embryo culture in a modern laboratory – PLN 6,950.
- Embryo transfer into the uterine cavity – PLN 1,650.
The total basic cost of the commercial procedure is PLN 13,500. In the case of surplus embryos, their freezing along with safe storage for 1 year is PLN 1,200. The success rate of a frozen embryo transfer reaches an excellent result of 56% at our clinic.
