Decades ago, Maciej Gawęcki, MD, established an eye clinic in Gdańsk on Wajdeloty Street, but it turned out that the place was much too small and they moved. The eye clinic in Gdańsk at ul. Kliniczna proved to be a hit and is still in operation today. A few years later, a clinic for private patients was established in Żabi Kruk Street.
Our passion is mainly eye treatment in Gdańsk at a high and specialised level. We perform anographies, including fluorescein and indocyanine anographies. Another common diagnostic method is OCT, i.e. retinal tomography with the possibility of imaging vessels, i.e. angio OCT. We also perform ultrasound examinations of the eyeball and tests such as eye pressure measurement, determination of visual acuity or visual field test.
